Workspace settings
Configure your workspace name, timezone, language, and notification preferences.
Workspace settings
Workspace settings control global defaults for your entire team.
General settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Workspace name | Displayed in the widget header and emails |
| Timezone | Used for analytics, business-hours automations, and timestamps |
| Language | Default language for system messages |
| Logo | Shown in the widget and email templates |
To update: go to Settings → Workspace → General.
Business hours
Define when your team is available. Automations and SLA timers respect your business hours - time outside these hours is excluded from response-time calculations.
- Go to Settings → Workspace → Business hours.
- Toggle each day on/off and set the open/close times.
- Select your timezone (same as Workspace timezone by default).
- Save.
Notification preferences
Each agent controls their own notifications from Settings → Notifications:
- Browser notifications - desktop alerts when a new message arrives
- Email notifications - daily or real-time email summaries
- Slack notifications - requires Slack integration
Deleting the workspace
Workspace deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Only the Owner can delete a workspace. Go to Settings → Workspace → Danger zone.
