Support — Submit & Track a Ticket
Raise a support request with the Winora team and track its status from within your dashboard.
Submitting a Support Request
If you need help from the Winora team, you can submit a support ticket directly from inside the dashboard.
Opening a support ticket
- Go to Support in the sidebar.
- Click New ticket.
- Enter a subject and description of your issue.
- Click Submit.
Tracking your ticket
The Support page shows all tickets you've submitted with their current status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Submitted and waiting for response |
| In Progress | Winora team is actively working on it |
| Resolved | Issue resolved |
| Closed | Ticket closed |
Jira integration
Support tickets are automatically synced to the Winora internal Jira project. The Jira issue key is shown on your ticket so you have a reference number. Replies posted in Jira are synced back to your ticket thread automatically.
Replying to a ticket
Click a ticket to open the thread. Type your reply and click Send to add to the conversation. The Winora team will be notified immediately.
