Manage in-app, email, and browser push notifications for conversations and mentions.

Notifications

Winora notifies you when important things happen — new conversations, assignments, @mentions, and SLA alerts.

Notification types

Managing notifications

Go to Notifications (/notifications) to see your notification feed. Use the Clear all button to dismiss all at once.

The bell icon in the Topbar shows a count of unread notifications. Click it to see the latest 8 without leaving your current page.

Email notification preferences

Go to Profile → Notifications to toggle email notifications on or off.

Browser push notifications

Go to Profile → NotificationsEnable push notifications. Your browser will ask for permission. Once granted, Winora sends push notifications even when the tab is not open.

Sound alerts

Winora plays a soft sound for new conversations and new messages. These use the Web Audio API and require no setup — they play automatically when the tab is active.
