Manage your plan, upgrade or downgrade, view invoices, and update payment details.
Billing & subscriptions
All billing for Winora is managed from Settings → Billing. Only the workspace Owner has access to this section.
Viewing your current plan
Go to Settings → Billing. You will see:
- Your current plan name and price
- Next renewal date
- Number of agent seats and conversations used vs your plan limit
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade.
- Select the plan you want to move to.
- Review the new price and confirm.
The new plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading your plan
Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will continue at the current plan until then.
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan.
- Select the lower plan.
- Confirm.
If your current usage (agents, conversations) exceeds the limits of the lower plan, you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
Cancelling your subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, your workspace moves to a read-only state. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Payment methods
Winora accepts:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
- UPI
- Net banking
- Wallets
Payments are processed securely by PayU. All payments appear on your statement under Vasanthi K (Winnoventures).
Invoices
Past invoices can be downloaded from Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each invoice is a PDF showing the plan, period, amount, and payment method.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Winora will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and send an email to the Owner. If payment is still not received after 7 days, your account will be paused. Update your payment method from Settings → Billing to reactivate.
