The workspace view shows all active conversations, agent availability, and key stats in a compact grid.
Workspace Dashboard
The Workspace page (/workspace) gives managers a combined view of all active conversations and agent status — a condensed alternative to the full Dashboard.
What it shows
- Active conversations — all open conversations with contact name, channel, last message, and assigned agent
- Agent availability panel — each agent's current status (Online / Away / Offline) and number of open conversations
- Quick assign — click a conversation row to assign it to a different agent inline
Filtering
Use the Channel, Priority, and Status dropdowns to narrow the conversation list.
Difference from Dashboard

Assigning conversations
Click a conversation row → click the agent dropdown in the assignment column → select an agent. The conversation is reassigned immediately and the agent is notified.
