Snooze a Conversation

Temporarily hide a conversation and have it reappear automatically at a set time.

Snoozing Conversations

Snooze lets you hide a conversation from the inbox until a specific time, then it automatically re-opens as if it just arrived.

How to snooze

  1. Open a conversation in Inbox.
  2. Click the Snooze button in the conversation header (clock icon).
  3. Choose a duration (1 hour, 4 hours, Tomorrow, Next week) or set a custom date/time.

Snoozed conversations

  • Snoozed conversations move to the Snoozed quick-filter in the left panel.
  • They reappear as Open conversations at the chosen time.
  • The contact can still send messages while a conversation is snoozed — this will automatically un-snooze it.

Cancelling a snooze

Click the orange Snoozed until… banner at the top of the conversation and select Un-snooze.
