Invite your team
Add agents, admins, and viewers to your workspace and control what they can access.
Inviting team members
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and workspace deletion |
| Admin | Full access except billing and workspace deletion |
| Agent | Manage conversations, access inbox and knowledge base |
| Viewer | Read-only access to conversations and analytics |
Sending an invite
- Open Team in the left sidebar.
- Click Invite member in the top-right corner.
- Enter the recipient's email address.
- Select a role from the dropdown.
- Click Send invite.
The invitee receives an email with a secure link. When they click it they are taken directly to an account-setup page where they choose a name, password, and optionally a phone number and profile photo. After submitting they are signed in and redirected to the dashboard.
Pending invites
Pending invites are listed under the members table. You can cancel any pending invite by clicking the × icon next to it.
Changing a member's role
Owners and Admins can change any non-Owner member's role directly from the Team table by clicking the role badge next to their name.
Removing a member
Click the × icon in the member row and confirm the removal. The user's account is preserved but they lose access to your workspace.
