Connect your inbox
Route email, chat, and API messages into a single Winora inbox.
Connecting a channel
Winora supports three inbound channel types: email, live-chat widget, and API. All messages arrive in the same inbox regardless of channel.
- Go to Settings → Channels → Email.
- Enter the email address you want to forward support messages from (e.g. support@yourcompany.com).
- Follow the forwarding instructions to redirect incoming mail to your Winora inbound address.
- Send a test message to verify the connection.

API
Use the REST API to create conversations and messages programmatically. This is useful for mobile apps, backend systems, or custom integrations. See API overview for details.
Managing multiple channels
You can connect multiple channels to the same workspace. Each conversation is tagged with its source channel so agents can see at a glance where a message came from.
