Translating an incoming message

  1. In a conversation, hover over a customer message.
  2. Click the Translate button that appears below the message.
  3. The translation appears inline beneath the original text.

Translating your reply

Before sending, click the Translate icon in the reply toolbar. Your draft is translated into the detected customer language before sending.

Supported languages

Translation is powered by your configured AI provider (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). The set of supported languages depends on the model in use — most major models support 50+ languages.

Disabling translation indicators

Translated messages are shown with an italic style and a language badge. These indicators are visible only to agents — customers see the original or translated text depending on direction.
