AI Assistant
The AI Assistant page (/ai-assistant) lets agents and admins ask natural-language questions about their workspace data and get instant AI-generated answers.
What you can ask
- "What are the most common topics customers contact us about?"
- "Summarise open conversations from the last 7 days"
- "Which agent has the fastest first reply time this week?"
- "How many conversations were resolved yesterday?"
- "What do customers say about the billing page?"
How it works
Your question is sent to the configured AI provider (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) along with relevant workspace context. The AI generates a response based on your live data.
Configuring the AI provider
Go to Settings → AI to choose your provider and model. The AI Assistant uses the same provider as the rest of Winora's AI features (triage, suggest reply, summarize).
Plan gating
The AI Assistant page is available on the Gold plan and above. On lower plans the page shows an upgrade prompt.
Privacy
Questions and responses are processed by your configured AI provider. No conversation content is sent to third parties beyond the provider you've chosen and authorised.
