AI limits & billing
AI features consume credits based on usage. This page explains how credits work and what happens when you reach your limit.
What counts as AI usage?

Credits reset on the first of each calendar month.
Monitoring usage
Go to Settings → AI Assistant → Usage to see your current credit consumption and a daily breakdown.
What happens when credits run out?
When your credit balance reaches zero:
- Auto-reply is paused; new conversations route directly to agents.
- Suggested replies and AI improve are disabled in the composer.
- A banner appears in your dashboard.
You can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan from Billing.
