Zapier

Connect Winora to 5,000+ apps using Zapier - no code required.

Zapier integration

Zapier lets you connect Winora to thousands of other apps - CRMs, spreadsheets, project management tools, and more - without writing any code.

Getting started

  1. Create a free account at zapier.com if you don't have one.
  2. In Winora, go to Settings → Integrations → Zapier and copy your API key.
  3. In Zapier, search for the Winora app and connect it using your API key.

Trigger examples

  • New conversation created - fire a Zap when a customer starts a conversation
  • Conversation resolved - trigger a follow-up workflow
  • New CSAT response - log ratings to a Google Sheet

Action examples

  • Create conversation - start a Winora conversation from another app
  • Create contact - sync contacts from your CRM into Winora
  • Send message - have Zapier send a message on behalf of your team

Tips

  • Use Filters in Zapier to narrow which Winora events trigger your Zap (e.g. only fire when CSAT score < 3).
  • Use Formatter steps to reshape data before passing it to the next step.
