Connect Winora to Slack to receive real-time alerts in a channel of your choice.
Connecting Slack
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack.
- Click Connect Slack.
- Authorise Winora to post to your Slack workspace.
- Choose the channel where notifications should appear.
- Save.
What triggers a notification?

| New conversation | "New conversation from Jane Smith: 'I can't log in'" |
| Conversation assigned to me | "You have been assigned a conversation from Jane Smith" |
| Urgent priority set | "Urgent: conversation from Jane Smith needs attention" |
Customising notifications
You can choose which events send Slack notifications from Settings → Integrations → Slack → Configure events.
Per-agent preferences
Individual agents can turn off Slack notifications from their own notification settings (Settings → Notifications) without affecting the workspace-level integration.
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and click Disconnect. This removes the integration but does not revoke the Winora app from your Slack workspace - you must do that from Slack's app management page.
