The main Dashboard includes live KPI cards that refresh every 30 seconds without a page reload.

Live KPI cards

Card Metric
Open conversations Total conversations in Open status right now
Unassigned now Open conversations with no assigned agent
Avg first response Median first reply time today
CSAT today Average satisfaction score for today's resolved conversations
SLA breaches Conversations past their SLA due time
Unread channels Channel messages with unread activity

Supervisor Dashboard

For a more detailed real-time view go to Supervisor in the sidebar. It shows per-agent queue depth, availability status, and average handle time refreshed every 10 seconds.

Auto-refresh

Dashboard data refreshes on a 30-second timer. The last-updated timestamp is shown in the card footer. You can force an immediate refresh by reloading the page.
