Real-Time Dashboard
The main Dashboard includes live KPI cards that refresh every 30 seconds without a page reload.
Live KPI cards

| Open conversations | Total conversations in Open status right now |
| Unassigned now | Open conversations with no assigned agent |
| Avg first response | Median first reply time today |
| CSAT today | Average satisfaction score for today's resolved conversations |
| SLA breaches | Conversations past their SLA due time |
| Unread channels | Channel messages with unread activity |
Supervisor Dashboard
For a more detailed real-time view go to Supervisor in the sidebar. It shows per-agent queue depth, availability status, and average handle time refreshed every 10 seconds.
Auto-refresh
Dashboard data refreshes on a 30-second timer. The last-updated timestamp is shown in the card footer. You can force an immediate refresh by reloading the page.
